I finally finished the property map. It is as accurate as you can get without a survey, I dare say. I used the ArcGIS maps, Google Maps, the plot for my house from the county of Boulder and some other stuff. The two most useful maps ended up being the ArcGIS, and something I found called 360 EarthView which ended up getting me the closest satellite views I could find.
